DUSTY MACAULEY
Dustin (Dusty) Macauley (SHS Class of 2000). Multiple State Champion - Leader.
Dusty was a talented multi-sport athlete but excelled most as a three-year
starting quarterback for SHS. As a junior, Dusty was second team all-state as
quarterback and led SHS to the 3A state championship (four divisions at the
time). As a senior, Dusty again led the Outlaws to the 3A state championship
and was named the first team all-state quarterback. He ended his career with a
win-loss record of 34-2, including an amazing 26 wins in a row. In the two
championship games, Dusty completed a combined 19 of 31 passes for 522 yards
and five touchdowns. Dusty attended Pacific Lutheran University in Washington,
where he also played quarterback and started his junior and senior years. After
college, Dusty worked for All Points Media (Portland Oregon) and was the Vice
President of Sales from 2014-2018. Dusty then founded his own media company,
Ocular Company. The company specializes in non-traditional out of home
(OOH) media, featuring exclusive sales representation with new media
companies and unique OOH solutions. Dusty joins his father (Coach Bob
Macauley) and his 1999 state championship football team in the Hall of Fame.
